He is the President of NGO (LIGHT).He was born in Lahore Pakistan and graduated from FC College Lahore, LLB from Punjab University, Doctorate in Theology and started his career as Lawyer in 1990. He is the special Govt Pleader and advocate on panel of Evacuee Trust Property Board Govt. of Pakistan. He served as the Legal adviser of Church of Pakistan. Catholic Church. Salvation Army and Bethany Church. He founded Christian Lawyers Association Pakistan CLAP in 1995 and was elected as the first President. In 1996 he filed a writ petition No.10713 in the Lahore High Court that the Holy Bible be added as subject in the syllabus for the Christian students. In 1999 he was nominated as the Senior Vice Chairman of Minority Advisory Council Govt of Punjab. The Minority Affairs department in Punjab. Christian educational institutions were denationalized. Joint Electorates System was re introduced by his efforts. He also founded the Minority Advisory Council Punjab. He filed writ petition No.24141/10 in Lahore High Court that in the book of Ethics, a chapter about the Life History of Lord Jesus Christ may be added which is added.
